DEALER TERMS & CONDITIONS
This form shall be attached to your account, and will automatically be binding with every order. Thank you in advance for your assistance and cooperation with this effort.
- Dealer Responsibilities: Dealers are responsible to ensure all measurements, materials, quantities, etc., are accurate to fit their own projects. All orders through a dealer’s account will be assumed as self-installation.
- Products: All products are subject to availability and all pricing is subject to change.
- Design Services: Oppein Cabinetry offers design consultation on your kitchen projects. One of our design team members will assist you in creating layouts and renderings. Dealers are responsible for providing measurements and ensuring final design, quantities, and materials are accurate. Oppein Cabinetry is not responsible for any discrepancies.
- Payment: Full payment of the order is required before processing your order.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made prior to the order being picked are subject to a 10% handling fee. Cancellations made after an order is picked up from the warehouse are subject to a 25% restocking/handling fee.
- Returns and Replacements:
- Returns must be received by Oppein Cabinetry within 30 days of purchase.
- All returns must be authorized by Oppein Cabinetry prior to return shipment.

- All items must be returned in original, unopened packaging.
- Qualifying returns will incur a 25% restocking fee and the credit will be issued as in-store credit only.
- We do not accept returns on accessories.
- Returns cannot be made after the item(s) have been modified, cut, assembled, or installed.
- Dealer is responsible for all return shipments.
- Any returned product deemed unsellable will not receive credit.
- Claims: Your representative will provide you with a claim form. Please attach photos and send to: [email protected]
- Assembly: Assembly is available for pick-up orders only; additional fees will apply.
- Pick-Up Orders:
- Customers will be notified once the order is ready for pick-up.
- Lead times vary depending on color selection and stock location.
- Please inquire with your representative for specific lead times.
- Orders not picked up within 5 business days of notification will incur a $85.00/day storage charge.
- Shipping (Flat Box Orders Only):
- All freight orders are packaged in individual boxes placed on pallets and shrink-wrapped.
- Shipping charges must be paid at time of order and are based on location.
- A tracking number will be provided once shipped.
- Destinations must be tractor-trailer accessible.
- For residential deliveries, the freight company will contact you 24 hours prior.
- Shipping covers one delivery attempt. Additional attempts are at customer’s expense.
- Lift gate service is available on request for most residential deliveries.
- Drivers are only responsible for placing pallets on the ground.
- Address classification is based on zoning. A commercial property in a residential area is treated as residential.
- A responsible party must inspect upon delivery. Missing or damaged items must be noted on the packing slip or bill of lading.
- Shipping: Missing or Damaged Items (Including Concealed Damages):
- Claims must be indicated on the bill of lading at time of delivery.
- To file a claim, email your representative within 48 hours with photos and the claim form.
- Our claims department will confirm receipt and proceed with replacements.
- Expedited shipping is not available for replacements or parts.
- Oppein Cabinetry is not liable for labor costs due to flawed or damaged items.
- Items that are cut, modified, assembled, or installed are not eligible for replacement.

These variations are considered natural and related to the environmental exposure of the product and are not covered under this warranty.
