DEALER TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Dealer Application and the following Terms and Conditions shall form part of your dealer account with Oppein Cabinetry. By opening a dealer account and placing any order, the Dealer acknowledges that these Terms and Conditions apply to all current and future orders placed under the account unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Oppein Cabinetry.

Each purchase order submitted by the Dealer constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. It is the Dealer's responsibility to review the most current version published by Oppein Cabinetry.

Dealer Responsibilities

Dealers are solely responsible for verifying all project measurements, dimensions, specifications, quantities, materials, product selections, and site conditions prior to placing an order.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders placed through a Dealer account are deemed to be self-installed. Oppein Cabinetry is not responsible for measurement errors, design interpretation, installation issues, or project delays resulting from incorrect information supplied by the Dealer.

Products

All products are subject to availability. Product specifications, finishes, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Design Services

Oppein Cabinetry offers design consultation services to assist Dealers with layouts and renderings.

Design drawings are provided as a design aid only. Dealers remain fully responsible for reviewing and approving all drawings, measurements, quantities, materials, and specifications prior to production.

Oppein Cabinetry assumes no responsibility for errors resulting from measurements or information supplied by the Dealer.

Payment

Full payment is required before any order enters processing unless otherwise approved in writing by Oppein Cabinetry.

Order Cancellations

For Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) orders cancelled prior to warehouse picking, a $75.00 administration fee will apply.

Once an order has been picked, assembled, packaged, or prepared on skids/pallets for shipment, it is considered a processed order.

Processed orders are generally non-cancellable. If Oppein Cabinetry approves an exception, a minimum 25% restocking fee, together with any applicable administration, handling, shipping, or processing charges, will apply.

Custom, made-to-order, or special-order products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • All returns require prior written authorization from Oppein Cabinetry.
  • Return requests must be submitted to [email protected].
  • Products must be unused and returned in their original unopened packaging.
  • Approved returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
  • Refunds or credits will be issued solely at Oppein Cabinetry's discretion.
  • Accessories are non-returnable.
  • Modified, cut, drilled, assembled, installed, damaged, or special-order products are non-returnable.
  • Dealers are responsible for all return freight and related costs.
  • Products determined to be unsellable will not receive any credit.

Claims

Claims for shortages, defects, or damages must be submitted with photographs and the completed claim form to [email protected] within the required reporting period.

Failure to report within the applicable timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

Assembly

Assembly service is available for pick-up orders only and is subject to additional charges.

Pick-Up Orders

Dealers will be notified once orders are ready for pickup.

Orders not collected within 10 business days after notification will incur a storage charge of $85.00 per day.

Lead times vary depending on product selection and inventory availability.

Shipping (Flat Pack Orders)

Freight charges are calculated separately based on destination.

Shipments are palletized and shrink-wrapped for transportation.

Delivery locations must be accessible by tractor-trailer unless otherwise arranged.

Residential deliveries are subject to carrier scheduling and conditions.

Delivery includes one delivery attempt only. Additional delivery attempts, storage charges, re-delivery fees, or accessorial charges are the responsibility of the Dealer.

Drivers are responsible only for curbside or ground-level delivery.

Shipping Damage and Missing Items

The receiving party must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

Visible damage or shortages must be noted on the Bill of Lading before signing.

Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery together with photographs and the completed claim form.

Replacement parts are shipped using standard shipping methods only.

Oppein Cabinetry is not responsible for labor costs, installation costs, project delays, loss of profits, or any consequential or incidental damages arising from damaged, defective, missing, or delayed products.

Products that have been cut, drilled, modified, assembled, installed, or otherwise altered are not eligible for replacement or return.

Limitation of Liability

Oppein Cabinetry's maximum liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product, at Oppein Cabinetry's sole discretion.

Oppein Cabinetry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to labor costs, removal costs, reinstallation costs, contractor expenses, project delays, lost profits, or loss of business.

Governing Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to every order placed under the Dealer's account and remain in effect until amended in writing by Oppein Cabinetry.

Oppein Cabinetry reserves the right to refuse service, suspend or terminate dealer accounts, or decline future orders at its sole discretion.

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

5 YEAR RESIDENTIAL / 1 YEAR COMMERCIAL WARRANTY

OPPEIN warrants that its Cabinets and Parts should be free of substantial defects in materials and quality for 5 years (2 year for painted doors) following the acquisition date for Residential Customers and a period of 1 year following the acquisition date for Commercial Customers. The warranty period begins on the Purchase Date. This Limited Warranty
applies to Domestic use only and covers defects in materials and quality. Labor and shipping are not included. Indoor Use Only. OPPEIN cabinetry warranty is not transferable to end-users, including consumers and homeowners who purchase OPPEIN cabinetry products through the original purchaser. All warranty actions are through the original Dealer where purchased. If that Dealer is no longer in business with OPPEIN, another dealer will be assigned.

In the event of an issue, OPPEIN will examine the product and, at its sole discretion, determine if the warranty applies. If the product is no longer available, OPPEIN will substitute a similar product. Color match is not guaranteed, as all cabinets will change over time. Please follow all assembly, installation, and care Instructions.This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage, outdoor use, or damage from misuse or abuse. The original Proof of purchase receipt is required. Please get in touch with the original Dealer or our website, www.oppeinhome.com for more information.

By purchasing the product, the original purchaser acknowledges that natural wood may vary in texture, color, and wood

grain, and it may exhibit subtle changes as it ages. Sunlight, smoke, moisture, household cleaners, and other environmental conditions may cause the materials to vary from their original color to warp, split, or crack. These variations are considered natural and related to the environmental exposure of the product and are not covered under this warranty.
